Made for families raising children in an English-speaking country, LearnLox turns the language you love into audio adventures, speaking practice, and games children want to play, helping them connect with relatives, grow in confidence, and carry that connection forward.

A playful bridge to the language and people they come from.
Whether children are reconnecting with a parent or grandparent’s native language or exploring a new one, LearnLox makes speaking and listening feel like play. Short audio lessons, immediate voice practice, memory challenges, games, and family conversations build skills they can use beyond the screen.
Audio-first lessons
Children hear each phrase, see it written in familiar English letters, and learn what it means without starting with a new writing system.
Instant voice practice
One tap plays the model, starts a 3–2–1 countdown, listens, and gives a friendly result without saving audio.
Learning through play
Children run obstacle lanes, build block worlds, visit a bazaar, and choose words they have learned.
Real family conversations
Talk-with-family missions move new phrases off the screen and into everyday moments with parents, grandparents, and relatives.
Mastery that continues
Ten useful phrases per lesson move from heard to recognized, spoken independently, and remembered later.
Healthy rewards
Quest Coins support parent-approved rewards at clear milestones; games open free after chapters. LearnLox never purchases a card automatically.
Private family leaderboard
Siblings and parent-invited cousins can compare capped weekly effort and remembered phrases, celebrate personal bests, and build a shared goal together.
Adapts for ages 3–17
Shorter guided turns for younger children and faster, less childlike challenges for older learners, with adjustable session lengths.
Parents stay in control
Every live course is ready on the first login. Parents manage games, play time, progress, private access, and can report any phrase that needs attention.
I built LearnLox for my children, then realized other families needed it too.
I was born in the United States and grew up learning to speak my family’s native language. That connection gave me more than words. It helped me understand my family, my culture, and where I came from.
When I became a father, I wanted my children to have that same connection. We tried online tutoring and other learning methods, but it was difficult to recreate the focus and excitement I saw when they played their favorite online games.
That observation became the idea behind LearnLox: bring the movement, interaction, clear goals, and immediate feedback children enjoy in games into meaningful language practice. I started building it for my own family, and now I want it to help other parents raising children away from their family’s native country face the same challenge.
The energy of their favorite games, focused on skills that matter.
LearnLox uses movement, meaningful choices, clear goals, quick feedback, visible progress, and achievable challenges to keep children actively involved. These evidence-informed child learning and motivation patterns turn language practice into an interactive adventure children can look forward to.
Designed for healthy attention. Short missions, consequence-free pauses, gentle stopping points, and parent controls keep the goal on focused learning, not endless screen time.
