LearnLox Terms of Use
These terms govern parent-managed access to the LearnLox private beta. A parent or legal guardian must accept them for the family.
Effective September 7, 2026Parent-managed accounts
Adults must provide accurate account information, create child profiles only for children they are authorized to manage, supervise younger children, and keep passwords, parent PINs, and child access links private. Children must not create their own family accounts or share access outside their family.
Educational service, not professional advice
LearnLox is a supplemental language-practice tool. It is not a school, medical service, speech-language assessment, therapy, diagnosis, emergency service, or guarantee of fluency, grades, pronunciation, or learning results. AI and speech recognition can make mistakes. Parents should review content and help children when results appear wrong or a safety concern arises.
Rewards and games
Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Gift-card milestones are requests to a parent; LearnLox does not buy, issue, promise, or owe a gift card. Parents decide whether and how to fulfill rewards. There are no child purchases or real-money game transactions in the private beta.
Optional adult support
Signed-in adults may choose to make a one-time contribution through Stripe when this feature is connected. It is not a subscription or a purchase of points, gift cards, game access, preferential treatment, or learning outcomes. LearnLox remains free during the beta whether or not you contribute. Contributions are not represented as charitable or tax-deductible donations. Review the amount and recipient on Stripe before paying. For an accidental payment, billing question, or refund request, contact us using the details below. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Safe and acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another family, probe security, upload harmful content, misuse the microphone, scrape the service, or use LearnLox for unlawful or commercial exploitation. Access may be limited or suspended to protect children, families, the service, or others.
Original product
LearnLox and its original artwork, lessons, sounds, and game designs are protected content. LearnLox is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox or any other game platform. Third-party names belong to their owners.
Beta availability and disclaimers
The service may change, pause, lose experimental data, or contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing here excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limits of responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LearnLox is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost rewards, or decisions made from automated feedback. A parent remains responsible for supervision, device safety, internet access, and external rewards. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and ending access
Parents may stop using the service and request account deletion. LearnLox may update these terms as the beta changes. Material changes will be presented to parents for renewed acceptance when required.
